Christchurch Duty Free

Don't really know where to put this post but as it's not related to Thailand, settled for here.

Flying into Christchurch, the duty free allowance is amazing.

Christchurch online as 20% discount which brings price to about same as Bangkok. If I do not buy online will I receive the same discount by fronting up?

The allowance says something like 3 spirits, 6 wine. Can it be mix and match? Will the shop help?

Finally, can anyone give me a good go to red, white wine to buy locally?

Where can beer and wine be purchased? Shops and supermarkets?
