How hard is it to move funds between your IB and Thai bank accounts? I'm a US citizen though I don't want to use my US account for transfers. Are the fees decent or prohibitive? Anything else to be aware of?

I have decided not to open an account with Interactive Brokers. They do not allow beneficiary designation for account holders with addresses outside of US, same policy as Schwab. I do not want to have a joint account, not another one.

Money transfer should not be hard, first withdrawal of the month is free and it can be wire transfer. There is a $10 account fee if the balance drop below $100k and if you don't do any trading. All other details please check out their website or call them.
