Hi, just wondered peoples opinion or knowledge, I moved from Hua Hin last Sunday to Bangkok and tomorrow i need to go and extend my non for 60 days at Chaengwattana, i'm quite sure my landlord has not filed a TM30, is it still worth going tomorrow. What is the chances or is it impossible to receive the 60 days, I have the lease and other docs.

Thanks.

Someone with a visa exempt stamp reported receiving an extension yesterday, without a TM30.  (It may be because the Immigration Office is only open three days this week and very busy.)

Yesterday Immigration was chaos as everyone seemed was to be getting sent to the B counter to get a TM30. Seemed no one knew about it.

I was getting a 60 day Non-O extension and was told I needed a TM30. Never seen/heard of one before.

I was able to get the TM30 receipt with a copy of rental agreement/owners ID/ copy of my passport. They let the wife fill it in/sign it as if she was the leasor.

did the owners documents need to be signed by him?

We handed a copy the rental contract with his signature on the lease and copy of his ID card - No signature.

Should be open 4 days.

Closed Friday.

Monday this week was a holiday so offices closed. Closed on Friday too so 5 - 2 = 3 days of opening this week as ScotyW1 stated in his post
