Order wheat bran online?

Featured Replies

Did a Google search but can't find...

Lazada sells it here in Thailand, also Amazon, but that will have to be shipped in from abroad.

Yes, saw it at Lazada, expensive, and lemonfarm very expensive. I can get it 1kg 90B from local in Chiangmai, but I'm 3 hours away... I don't need it roasted, just the separated bran.

It's also used for animal feed and it's the same thing as what's sold to humans. Maybe I'll look at horse supply shops online, if they exist. The best source of insoluble fiber.

Rice bran will be available from any miller. Cheap too.

Does the bran being roasted make any difference to its efficacy as regards a fibre cereal?
