She was elected to represent SF. What more data could you ask for? Have you been to SF in the past 20 years?

Are you unable to read your own posts?  You gave an explicit reason as to what voters felt was important and WHY she was elected:

"Her constituency voted her in on the ideals of being a sanctuary city."

Where did you get this information as to the motivation of her constituents?

Shewon with that platform as part of the Democratic Party planks.

I can find no such plank, but I'm sure you can.  Here's the party platform:

Lotsa luck.  Oh and one more thing:

Quote

She was elected to represent SF.

This is factually incorrect.  California has 55 congressmen.  They were not elected to represent specific cities, based on a national party platform.

The people from those places voted her in. It wasn't the American people.

Now you're just talking in circles.  We all know that she was voted into office by Californians (who also happen to be American people).

What you are feverishly trying to avoid proving is your assertion that she was voted in because of some specific policy or position she holds on sanctuary cities.  Either back that claim up or retract it.  It's really that simple.

It's pretty clear to everyone that you have painted yourself into a corner.  Maybe next time you'll think before hitting the submit reply button.

Pelosi was elected to represent San Francisco. Her district is entirely within it's boundaries.

And what municipality was the mayor of San Francisco elected to represent?  Perhaps you possess this mysterious polling data that shows her constituents elected her because of some sanctuary city position she holds?

She was not voted office by Californians. She was voted in by San Franciscans. Senators are voted in in statewide elections but Congresspersons are not.

I don't know anything about sanctuary cities, but she and the mayor and the county supervisors all were elected to represent the exact same group of people.

The people of SF are not Californians?  Maybe you meant all Californians, but I don't really see what it matters because we are still waiting for the elusive sanctuary city position in her platform.

Yes, she was voted into office by Californians who live in San Francisco.
