It is not a debatable issue...you are "required" by Thai immigration to report where you reside in Thailand every 90 days...????

You are not getting the point are you? I am very well aware of what is required, all I am asking for is opinions.

I think you should consider re-wording your poll.  You have asked for opinions as to "needed" or  "not needed".

 

In fact it is a Thai immigration requirement so ultimately it is not open to debate as it is "needed".   Of course before a certain Mr Shinawatra changed immigration requirements many many years ago it was not previously "needed".

 

So my suggestion would be your wording should be  "Is the 90 report in your opinion too onerous"  ? Yes or No.  only my idea.

As per current immigration rules it is "needed" to meet those rules but 99% of people, including immigration officers, would agree its an stupid requirement.

villa market does not give bags on 4th and another day, to save the world

 

but stupid rules and s.hitload of copies are needed every 90 days or yearly begging trip, while all info is stored on a computer, or is that just for show ?
