April 13, 20197 yr What's going on? No one is throwing water anymore. Previous years I couldn't get out of the soi without being splashed all over. I live in Bangkapi and today I didn't see a single soul. Only on my way back on while I was driving a bicycle I was ambushed by a couple 7 year old kids and the little girl was so careful not to splash me that she only poured a bucket of water on my bike's wheels. What a weird day.
