Where to get food samples/extracts tested?

Featured Replies

I am having some mushroom extract sent from China for family consumption after doing quite a bit of research on extracts, polysaccharides, glucans etc.

I know this is a long shot, but does anyone know where I can send a sample of the extract to be tested for heavy metals, amount of beta glucans and other things?

This for for Reishi mushroom extract.

good luck with that... just buy from IHERB if you want beta glucans made by serious companies (garden of life...)

The following 2 labs are excellent. SGS, a Swiss company, about 150 years old, has 6 labs in Thailand. Both Labs has English and Thai websites. I have used both of them.

Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS)

Central Lab Thai also has plenty of Labs around Thailand.
