Bangkok Bank savings a/c opened via visa agent as part of package. Since moved Province. Union Pay card gobbled by ATM (my fault). Went into Bangkok Bank for replacement.

 

Customer Service officer said 'this is a Pattaya accident insurance a/c. If take new policy I can help'.

 

Visa Agent's, Bangkok Bank and Immigration Officer's work together. Prices have gone up significantly.

 

Anyone tried Bangkok Bank as a starting point?
