Thailand has been on the list since November but the SSA did not do the IDD form until February. For IDD you have to use the IDD form for the country for where you are staying.

Did you look at the form I posted a link to.

There have been several topics about IDD and etc on the forums running for months now. The most recent one is here that was posted after the embassy did an announcement about it last week.
