April 28, 20197 yr Probably Thai people do not accept the rules because those were issued by un-authorized people who took power by a Military coup?
April 28, 20197 yr Popular Post To Mr supreme court president. I suggest you look up the concept of 'Separation of Powers,' When you have done that re read what you have written and write an apology.

Unfortunately Thai people don't accept rules even when issued by democratically elected governments. That is why the military were instructed to remove the Thaksins from power by armed force. Don't forget that those jumped up military Thai Generals are still Thai people and do not accept rules . They just happen to kowtow to the elite who wish to rape and plunder the good Thai nation further for their own personal gain.
April 28, 20197 yr The supreme court doesn't consist of Thai people?? I would like the court following their own laws instead of bending them
April 28, 20197 yr one only has to look what happens on the roads to realize thais will never accept/follow any rules

They can't even properly figure out who won their long awaited election, without the government resorting to politically motivated prosecutions to discredit/disqualify their opponents. April 28, 20197 yr I have been in Thailand 33 years and the people who are not law abiding is 99.9% of the people in a uniform
May 6, 20197 yr Thai people are becoming less and less tolerant of laws made to support the status quo when there are so many issues that need to be addressed rather than condoned by law. They are more likely to reject the laws that are designed to keep the elite in place while suppressing the working class. If the Supreme Court wants the laws to be accepted and followed they are going to need to be able to demonstrate why the laws are fair to all classes.
May 6, 20197 yr Supreme Court president urges Thai people to accept rules Well with that sentence we know at least that there will be no change after tomorrows election announcement ????
May 6, 20197 yr Rules? You mean orders, dictates, laws they did not have a say in establishing. There are no rules. There are only whatever the current regime dictates. Oh this is such a sad article to read. If I were a Thai I would be ashamed, embarrassed, and a few other words

They certainly didn't follow rules or laws very well. But that stems from decades and decades knowing that whatever is in force is likely to change, and corruption was so rampant that one could buy one's way out of just about anything. It will be a long time before any sort of grass roots movement will take over and the overall Thai society actually believes in, has faith in and follows legitimate constitution and justice system.
