Three-year Non-immigrant Visa “b”

Three-Year Non-Immigrant Visa “B”. Anyone with any experience of this visa?

They are extremely hard to get. You'd need the backing of a major international corporation to even begin the process. Only available from Thai Embassies. The normal Thai consular networks are not authorized to issue them.

Thanks for the Information dr Pat Pong, hmm yes been scanning through limited notes on the MFA website, mentioning in particular the fact this type is unavailable through the honoray consuls. Interesting though, I was unaware of this visa type until now.

thanks again

If you are eligible, an APEC card will give you 3 years multi entry, 90 day stay per entry to Thailand.

Seach the forum for more details as this option has been dicussed many times.

Note : you can not get a work permit when entering on your APEC card.
