non O ret visa - returning after 6 months away

hi,

 

i have a non O based on retirement visa, i have just done my first 90 day report at CW, and obtained a re-entry permit as I will be out of the country for six months. I just want to check the process when i return;

 

after i return using my re-entry permit to enter do i then report to CW 90 days later? or do i have to do something else?

You just need to do your 90 day report 90 days from the date you enter the country including that day in the count.

Yes. The day you re-enter is day 1 of the 90 day count.
