Sorry if this post is in the wrong area or whatever but I could really use somebody's advice. I am moving out of my 38 Sq Mtr studio apartment which is just beside Victory monument. Reason is I need something bigger. Cant get used to this living eating sleeping etc etc in one room BS, and after one year of this I have had quite enough thankyou very much.

OK, So I have checked out an apartment down a leafy soi near the Ari BTS which has about 100 Sq Mtr of space, 2 Bdrms and very quiet. Only thing is the price is 10,000 PM.

I am just really looking dor advice from anyone who knows if I could find a large apt or even townhouse near a skytrain (for work) for better than this price. So what I need is space- do I go with this apt or find a townhouse?????

A large appartment or townhouse next to a skytrain station at less than Baht 10,000?

These days, prices have a tendency to go up.

I do not want to be pessimistic but it's sure not going to be easy.

Two bedroom apt near Ari BTS for 10,000 ........seems a bit rich fro my understanding of that area. Which soi is it in ? I am sure yo uwont find anything for less than that unless youlook at a similar thing to what youhad before !
