Has anybody used the Immigration Hot Line 1178 for help with problems trying to extend their retirement or marriage visa?

I remember a Thaivisa member posting, a couple of years ago, that he called the immigration hotline about an unexpected document requested or other requirement imposed and he was informed that immigration offices were free to do as they pleased.

So ! What is the need for a Hotline !  Just Public Relation !

Someone phone them and find out. They may not even answer

I called them years ago for something, its like wetting the bed, it gives you a nice warm feeling but you have to clean up your own mess later.

Amazing how nobody has tried to use the hotline this year with all the changes and problems people have had trying to extend their visa.

Maybe it is worthless, but you would think someone would have tried.
