After many years in and around the tattoo industry we gathered all of our knowledge, skills and experience to open our first Phuket tattoo studio 'INKED IN ASIA' in Patong, Phuket, Thailand and have gained immediate traction and accelerated momentum since opening the INKED IN ASIA brand.

 

INKED IN ASIA’s motto is “Tattoos are our story, so let us tell yours”, however, tattoos are not only our main focus. Without a doubt the first most important thing for us at INKED IN ASIA is hygiene, customer service, customer satisfaction and care. We strive to make the experience as easy and safe as we possibly can. When we are certain the customer is happy then we can shift our focus to the high quality tattoos that our artists produce consistently ever since the first INKED IN ASIA needle tattooed our first customer’s skin.

The constant sterilizing of our studio sets us apart from many studios in Thailand. Dedicated team members continually work to keep up our high standards of hygiene. We are an Australian, English and Thai owned tattoo studio and this mix of nationalities always offers up something different, new and dynamic at INKED IN ASIA. Each artist can offer different styles an techniques. Thank you for your opinion. We beg to differ on your thoughts as some customers go to inked in asia to get tattoo over scar tissue and stretch marks. Others will get portraits of their loved ones that may have passed as a reminder. It makes them feel better and happy at the very least then each to their own.

I have traveled Thailand for ten years and first and one of the only shops with an upmarket autoclave. Master thai tattooist who worked 2 years in the USA honing his skills even further and learning modern hygiene techniques. Never get a tattoo at the first good looking shop you see but look around. This place is worth checking.

You make all these claims and I do not dispute them but army freedom tattoos was the first shop I have seen with a total hygenic service. I have traveled Thailand for ten years and first and one of the only shops with an upmarket autoclave. Master thai tattooist who worked 2 years in the USA honing his skills even further and learning modern hygiene techniques. Never get a tattoo at the first good looking shop you see but look around. This place is worth checking. 

Modern tattoo studios are moving with the times and stepping away from autoclave. We always use brand new, sterile packaged, fresh needles and make sure our clients witness our artists opening all products. We then dispose of the needles safely and NEVER reuse them.

 

We couldn't agree more on your comment on going for the first studio that looks clean and we urge everyone to do their own research and make sure they are happy with their own choice. It can be overwhelming with the number of studios claiming this and that but again, we stress, do your own research and be comfortable in your selection of studio.

We use high quality ink from solid reputable suppliers. Vegan inks are also an option for some. The inks have no toxins in them and im not sure how you would reuse ink, therefore we dont.

Although, some groups of people use body art as a part of their cultural heritage.

We completely agree that many races, creeds and nations use tattoo for a spiritual motive or even 'protection'. Many adopt different learning such as Buddhist and want to show their faith with art.

Giving quotes is very difficult with out seeing the client first hand. How big will the tattoo be? and the design usually changes once the client is in the studio with different ideas getting offered up by the artists or the client themselves. It is always best practice to visit your chosen studio and speak directly to a team member and get the exact right price. Giving prices through messages can lead to potential issues when committing to a piece of art
