Extension of Stay based on child BKK (working)

This will be my first time doing the extension in Bangkok (done years up North).

 

Based on my child using income from working what are all the requirements to extend my stay in Bangkok, worried I will take the same paper work as in CM and be missing something. Yes I am legal father.

It should be about the same as CM but it might be easier.

I assume you or your landlord will be doing a TM30 report.

Thanks, in CM I needed the TM30 proof, I have this for BKK if needed.

 

My question is I had to use PND1 from my company showing my salary for 3 months, my new company say they can't give this to me as it has other peoples salary on as well.

 

Is PND1 needed in BKK or can I just use PND91 return for the previous year?

 

Lastly how many days before my old extension expires can I go for the extension in BKK?

They can redact the the other employees names and salary from the PND1.

They may also want the PND91 for last year.

You can apply for the extension up to 45 days early at Chaeng Wattana immigration.
