Live and work in thailand?

I need help and advice.

I´m one of those guys who dream about a life in Thailand. Well, mayby i´m a bit more mature then most of these guys.

I´m 51 yo and have fall in love with Thailand. I have visit Thailand many times (came home yestarday) after 1 month in the central parts.

´My problem is that i dont want to wait for my retirement, i want to move now. If i have had lots of money i would have move already but the money is not in my hands. Thats why I need a job.

I have worked with with sales and marketenting for 20 years in many positions.

I have a degree in personal management, i have learn a lot about thai culture and now learning thai, i  have lots of thai friends.

Now i´m looking for a job. OK, OK I know that it´s not easy for a farang.

I speak swedish and understand norwegian pretty well.

I have noticed that many of you members in here have lots of experience of thailand as a contry, the job situation and many other things. So i would be happy to hear from you  what you think of my possibility are to make my dream reality or must i wait 10 years for my reteriment?
