Some General Scrip Questions

Beleive it or not, my med prices here are cheaper than in Bangkok.

 

That being said, assuming I can get them here, does anyone see a hassle bringing 7 months worth of meds in with me (no dope, all like BP and heart stuff)?

 

If so, or as the case me be, if I have to, can I use a USA scrip? I noticed the Pharmacies never paid much attention to the scrip (not like here, putting you into a database and suchlike).

You don't need a prescription here except for a few regulated drugs only available at a hospital.  Take scrip to hospital pay a few hundred baht to see doctor and have him prescribe if not available at pharmacy.

Pills I assume. As long as they are in their original blister packs/plastic bottles shouldn't be a problem. And if you have a scrip there's zero issue.

 

Edit: I believe the regulation says 1 months supply only of prescribed medicine. But I've brought in several months worth of statins and allopurinol. Never been stopped though.

 

Think about it. What's the worst that can happen? They confiscate the stuff. They're not going to put you in the IDC for a box of BP pills. Big deal, in that case go out and buy replacements here. 

 

But here's a clever trick to avoid all hassle. Put a couple of dildos and a lacy crotchless lingerie piece in the same bag. Customs stop you and their attention goes to where it's supposed to. Tell them it's for your lb gf. Friendly banter ensues. You might even keep a pic or two of Treechada Poyd Petcharat on your phone to establish lb lover bonafides. 

 

Customs: Oh, you have kathoi gf?

N- Chai krub, more beautiful than Poyd.

C- You lucky man. Oh, I see you have many pills. What for?

N- When gf bang me have pain too much. She very big. Yaa for pain.

C- Ok, you happy man. Bye, bye.

I usually get 90 day scrips so I could just put them into a 30 day bottle. 

 

The only one I care about is the Taladafil ????
