rooster59 Posted May 18, 2019 Share Posted May 18, 2019 64 arrested in road racing clampdown By The Nation Police arrested 64 motorcyclists on Bangkok streets on Friday night and seized 60 motorcycles which were illegally modified for road racing. In a weekly operation to prevent road racing, police set up checkpoints on roads in Metropolitan Police Division 9 jurisdiction and arrested the suspects and seized their motorcycles. Pol Gen Rungroj Saengkram, deputy national police chief, held a press conference at the Tha Kham police station at midnight to announce the results of the operation. Rungroj said 29 of the suspects were under 18 years old.
