I have 30 day visa but needs 2 more day extension. Should I extend my visa at the local immigration office and pay 1900 baht fee or should I pay the fine at the airpot? I believe current fine is 500 baht per day.

Overstay and pay two days of 500 baht fine at airport.

My fee for that insightful piece of advice is 1000 baht.

Get picked up before you get to the airport, jail, deportation, persona non-gratia. NEVER allowed back in Thailand EVER.
