We have had some interesting discussions about wild birds

Last year the Sukothai garden was buzzing with sunbirds, fantails, little pigeons, magpie robins, bulbuls etc. This year it is DEAD. We think it may have been last years floods-rather than the droughts...Anyone got a similar/diffrent handle on this?

You may be interested to learn that a bird not seen anywhere in the world for over 150 years, the long billed reed warbler, it was recently rediscovered at a water treatment plant just outside Bangkok!!

Yeah I read that..discovered in India and lost for a while. well al ong while..must have been laying golden eggs in PrakuabKirikhan........And as to the original Q???
