We're looking for Native English speaking Teacher. (Chiang Mai)

Guru English School is a fast growing English School in Chiang Mai and Bangkok. We are seeking talented and motivated English teachers to help grow our school. No Lesson Planning, No Grading Homework, No Grading Exams. No "free" hours are expected from our teachers. The curriculum is already made for you, and the students come excited to learn so there is no need to give them exams or homework. The only extra time is a brief training period when you first come on and about 20 minutes to learn each lesson the first time you teach it. 

- Apply for 4 rates. Work five days per week. 

- Full time salary 35,000-40,000 baht 
including the work permit visa 

- Part time pay per class 600-800 Baht (2 hours) 
including work permit visa 


Qualifications: 
-Native speaker (United Kingdom, American) 
-Bachelor Degree or higher in any field 
-Experience in teaching English

no teaching qualification and no lesson planning? just go in there and make it up i guess. i pity the students.

Not in my experience they don't. They mostly have many other places they would prefer to be. They get excited about school and about learning, when they have a good teacher, who inspires and makes learning exciting. And again, in my experience you are not going to find one like that, willing to work for half of what they could get doing any menial job back home.

Hope the parents are not reading this, because it sounds like its a bit of a wing and a prayer operation, even though quite the opposite may be true. Impressions do matter though.

A more well thought out job offer and description might have been appropriate. Especially, if they truly do have something different to offer learning here, which quite honestly, needs every improvement it can get.
