Hello there i have been looking on several posts in regards to this topic but wasn't sure if there was different rules for the ED visa.

 

I am currently on a NON IMM ED Visa, reporting every 90 days in person. I am currently out the country (have re-entry permit already) My next 90 day report date is the 17th of June. I plan to enter Thailand on the 7th on June. Do i still need to go to immigration office for my 90 day report before the 17th of June, or will the 90 days automatically start from the day i enter Thailand?

"You must file this report within 15 days before, or 7 days after, your 90-day period expires. However, if you leave Thailand anytime during the 90-day period, then the day count will restart from 1 upon your re-entry into Thailand."

OP , the last part of your post is correct. The 90 count starts from reentry date.
