Does anyone know the powerbank mah limit at UTH? I would like to take a 20100mAh unit.

Why don't you Google it ? This is what I found from 1 article

 

"For power banks with capacities of 20,000-32,000mAh, passengers can take up to two packs in a carry-on bag. A power bank of more than 32,000mAh is prohibited in carry-on baggage. If one needs to be carried"

Another source says that 27000 mAh are allowed in carry-on baggae due to ICAO rules on international flights.

So 20100 (?) seems no problem (or 21000).

Where did you see that? I can find nothing about it on google. Even copying your quote I couldn't find a page.

Differs by airport though, that's why I need the policies for UTH (and also UTP) if anyone has traveled through those.

I use Air Asia. They restricted to 20k mah but then withdrew it.

 

Utapao told me that up to 2 20k mah units are allowed for carry on
