Looking for 2-3 bedroom villa for long term rent. 12 months in Maenam, Bophut, Lamai, Plai Laem or Chaweng. 
Any recommendation for a real estate agent ? Strangely enough, many agents are very slow to respond or don't respond to inquiries.    

It would help us to help you if you were to be a bit more specific. ie

 

Budget per month

ac/fan?

Swimming pool?

Garden view, beach front or sea views?

car parking?

reliable wifi?

etc etc

    Agree with @Tropicalevo, a 2-3 bedroom villa could be anything from about 15,000 baht baht a month to a sky-rocking price, most normal folks not even dare to dream about (I however know what my next door neighbor charged, when renting out the 3-bed villa, but I work on repressing the memory to avoid nightmare)...????
