Hi my passport expires Dec 1 2019 my visa extension based on marriage expires the same time. 

 

My question is if i leave the country July 1 2019 and return July 20th 2019 will this be a issue with less than 6 months on my passport 

sometimes the airlines do not let you on the plane with less then 6 months validity. 

If traveling to your home country that part of the trip would not be a problem 

For returning with a passport that has less than 6 months of validity could be a problem with the airline and immigration when you enter the country.

I suggest you get a new passport to avoid problems.
