i have successfully transferred 500$ few years ago with my kbank debit card but now, it is failing again and again. Even i tried with my kbank credit card, still fails. 

not sure the problem . is there any regulation change ? thanks

 

Perhaps you have the wrong address on the kbank card listed in the skrill acct?

thanks for your reply. but why need an address for debit card transfer ? i've a verified account on skrill and i have done similar process before . but just now working anymore.

i've just called kbank and they said transaction with skrill is blocked by bank of thailand.
