If I really have to spell it out for you, then what I'm getting at

is that the 3 girls ARE ALL MINORS why would they all be riding on

a single scooter at their age and why would they be out at 2am.

 

At what age can one hold a driving license?

What would responsible parents be thinking?

Well yes 15 for a small cc motorbike  I can't remember the exact cc but think its less than 110cc ??

having said that the police don't seem to care about all the kids driving themself to school and back everyday on 125 and bigger bikes.
