chiangrai
I sent money to an online seller by TransferWise. Within 2 hours Transferwise said the money was sent and in the sellers account. That was on June 6, The seller who I've dealt with before and seems like a genuine guy says he never got the money and is having a lot of problems with Transfrewise and recommends I use an app called Revolut in future. He says he is getting a lot of late refunds and payments from Transfer wise. Can anybody advise me what to do.

OJAS
Strikes me that the seller guy may be less than genuine in this instance. Whoever heard of TransferWise delaying refunds (as distinct from payments) as he claims, for instance?
KhunBENQ
So far I have only done a few transfers of Euro to Thai bank account. No problem at all. I assume the account number paid to has been carefully double-checked?
zhounan
Personally never had any problems with EU- Thai bank account transfers. Waiting for Chinese Yuan to Baht exchange.
wgdanson
I use both Transferwise and Revolut. T Wise is good for my monthly 65k transfer, always on time and an FTT. Revolut is better for buying things in different currencies, you can do the exchange within the app and they have reasonable exchange rates.
