Nope - I have a small air-con in my bedroom but not in my living room/classroom. I don't sweat much - got acclimatised to the heat/humidity when I lived in Yangon and the electricity was cut every night to my condo building so that it could be supplied to the tourist hotels. With no generator and so not even a fan, it was sweltering.... Hobbies are meant to relax you and to be enjoyable. I usually find ham radio very frustrating, because nothing ever seems to work correctly!! My antennas don't work, my cables break.
