I noticed last time i went in Jomtien an office with a big "Visa Elite" sign.

Is it part of the official Elite Visa team or a middle man?

Could i speed up the process if using their service or better do it online?

I suspect that place has nothing to do with Thai Elite.

I suggest you contact Thai Elite about whether they have an office in Pattaya to apply. There is nothing on their website about it.
