I canceled the student visa on 30th June 2019. And I plan to leave on 30th June as well. 

If I leave on the same date as the visa canceled the date, does the airport immigration stamp overstayed status on the passport, please?

I assume you mean you cancelled your extension of stay since visas are not cancelled.

You can leave on the 30th since that is the last day of your permit to stay in the country.
