Good day to all.

 I currently on METV since 27 March, I had one month extension on 29 MAY permitted up to 28 JUN 2019 next Friday. I know I must do visa run on Friday which will give another two months. My inquiry is I have talked with close Thai family back in 2017 about sponsering a child for visa with sincere honesty, of course the child 7 years old boy will live as usual with his grand mom  and now I will meet them again next month to visit them and talk about it fully with my presence. May I know full requirements needed, costs and duration to get it done and would appreciate any inputs & tips and any watch outs if needed.

You cannot get a visa at embassy or extension of stay at immigration for sponsoring a child. There is no rule or regulation that allows it.

Then how can it be done, or are you saying there is no such thing called sponsership visa at all?

Not for Thailand.
