White Lotus Chinese Restaurant at Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa extends its popular ‘All-You-Can-Eat’ Dim Sum buffet to include Friday lunches, giving diners more opportunity to indulge in these dainty delights every weekend, starting Fridays through to Sundays as well as public holidays. Originally available only Saturdays and Sundays, the buffet was extended to include Fridays to cater to increased interest by guests and residents of the city. With the restaurant situated high above on the 17th floor of Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, guests can enjoy an unforgettable gastronomic experience with scenic ocean views facing the Gulf of Thailand.

Featuring over 25 dim sum choices, the menu mixes classic Cantonese and Szechuan flavors with the chef’s own creations. The quintessential steamed choices include fresh shrimp ‘har gow’, pork ‘siew mai’, barbecued pork buns, sweet cream buns and home-made shrimp rice flour rolls amongst others. Deep-fried selections include shrimp cakes, turnip cakes and shrimp dumplings wrapped with bean curd. Using quality ingredients, the dim sum are made to order to guarantee the freshness and texture.

The menu also includes soup options, such as clear vegetable soup, braised prawn ‘wonton’ soup and hot and sour soup, as well as staples, such as ‘yang chow’ fried rice and vegetable fried rice. Recommended desserts for a sweet ending include deep-friend banana and mango pudding.

The ‘All-You-Can-Eat’ dim sum buffet is priced at THB 580 net per person every Friday to Sunday, including public holidays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
