Have a couple of pairs of these in the garden but not seen before. I think the may be Thai Starlings. Any thoughts please. Pics not very good, sorry

I think they are black collared starlings.

Have seen them where I live, 50km south of Khon Kaen for the first time, not seen before.

 

Also seen some birds that look like mynas but have yellow heads and sometime neck as well.
