Hi - I was wondering if anyone here was familiar with Thai employment law and in particular the Employee Welfare Fund. I am currently working for a Thai company that is going through hard times and I have not been receiving my (somewhat moderate) salary for some months. I have been with the company for 14 years so I know I am entitled to 300 days severance pay (approx 250,000 baht) but I suspect that the company would go into bankruptcy if I tried to claim it. Does anyone know if foreign workers are entitled to claim from the Employee Welfare Fund and what the procedures and criteria to claim would be?  Thanks
