i missed filing my tax return this year, out of the country and the papers i needed were here.

retirement extension, no tax payable, for tax refund only.

i believe i can file late for a 200-baht penalty deducted from the refund.

how late can that be?  six months?  end of calendar year?  3 years????

can i wait until next year to file returns for 2018 and 2019?

if so, i'll be filing both returns late, so must pay 400 baht penalty total?

will have the same problem next year, out of the country and dividend forms will have been

shoved under the unoccupied apartment door.

and what of this prompt pay that us foreigners don't have access to?

refund letters have to be taken to main branch of kasikorn (?) to be

deposited onto temporary cards????
