Assurancetourix
They were not waiting for a ferry but were eating in a " food pavilion " You know that Thai people have a huge fear of emptiness; it is impossible for them to imagine that a place made to wait for a ferry is desert when one could install a temporary restaurant there to make money. Add to this the fact that the words maintenance and repair are not part of their way of life and we have this kind of disaster every day. https://www.chiangraitimes.com/3-missing-23-injured-after-food-pavilion-collapses-into-mae-klong-river.html
