There are some cases to open up a company with Thai wife and make less hustle in obtaining WP for foreign husband.

- 2M Baht capital Company limited and hiring 4 Thai employee with full SSO payment,

- Ordinary Partnership company with Thai wife (juristic person or non-juristic person),

- Limited Partnership company with Thai wife.

Juristic person must be registered in V.A.T and will have to rely on professional account service on regular basis which might not be suitable for small merchant or startup. So I am seeking for cheaper costing form such like sole proprietorship under my Thai wife name but grants me to work legally in Thailand.

Having seeing other posts saying that sole proprietorship under Tha wife is possible to grant WP, I did some research over internet then I found it is likely formed as an ordinary partnership (non-juristic person). Has anybody opened a company with your Thai wife and granted WP? I assumed ordinary partnership (non-juristic person) is a sole proprietorship which many others are saying about.

- I wonder whether I will have to go for the agent for business registration (assuming sole proprietorship) or register in DBD by ourselves,

- Does it require 1M capital? I am still confusing as we are going to form a non-juristic person so capital requirement is still critical matter or not,

- I checked with a couple of departments of labour in Bangkok and I got different answers from different branches i.e. sole proprietorship is not possible to issue WP, 2 Thai nationality must be registered in SSO, or some said 4. I really confused which is correct information and whom I should consult with,

- If anybody already run your business with Thai wife in a form of ordinary partnership (non-juristic person), how do you deal with account matter?

Whilst seeking for your advice and suggestion, I'd to express appreciation to all of great posters sharing your exclusive experience and knowledge.
