We are looking at bringing about 6 pieces of furniture into Thailand from California.

Searching around, and not having much luck

Anyone have any recommendations and/or experience?

Have any contacts in the local Thai community in CA?  My wife moved quite a number of boxes from Virginia to Loei and it was arranged by some Thai folks in the region.  They seem to gather stuff and then ship when they can fill a full sea container.  We've actually used two different ones.  In one case we delivered to their location.  Last time, they came to the house with a trailer and hauled everything to their staging location.  In both cases, they did the paperwork/customs stuff and arranged forwarding and local delivery.
