webfact Posted July 24, 2019 Share Posted July 24, 2019 PM says he is not worried about the Opposition in policy debate Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha said Wednesday that he is not worried about the prospect of being given a rough time by the Opposition during the two-day debate on the government’s policy statement, due to kick off Thursday morning. “Why worry? If we want to do something good, (I) think we don’t have to be worried,” said the Prime Minister as he denied he had formed a team of “guardians” to defend him in parliament. He did, however, admit that the Palang Pracharat party had prepared a team of speakers to defend the government’s policies, not necessarily to defend him.
