Chances of getting back-to-back SETV, and what if refused?

Featured Replies

At the moment, what are your chances of getting refused a second back-to-back SETV (no prior visas apart from the current SETV)?

Say I'm unlucky, and I'm refused entry, what happens? Can I enter Thailand from a different city? What are my options?

You mean if you are refused the visa or refused entry to Thailand?

In either case: Enter at a land border except Poipet

No problem to get a another single entry tourist visa.

For entry to the country I cannot see you having a problem with the history you state you have.

I got trouble when I arrived aat Don Mueang on a back to back.

Firstly the IO say I not use proper Visa.

I admit I have come to Thailand a number of times in the last 2 years. I am married to a thai lady.  When I asked what the rules were I just got silence. But after 15 mins of her brain imploding I still got stamped for 60 days. If they were going to put me in a locked room after refusing entry I would have asked to speak to the UK embassy

Rather go to a hotel than be treated like a criminal.  The criminal is probably the IO dealing with you

Unless they take your phone off you nothing preventing that. Just don't expect they would help much.

They aren't going to refuse you entry and let you go to a hotel.
