90 days Non-b visa without Work permit

Featured Replies

Hello guys. I just changed new company in Thailand. Made a new non-b visa for 90 days in Lao for new company. After working 1 month they told me that I didn't pass probation. So they stopped making WP and didn't continue visa for 1 year.

My question, can company terminate by themselves without me my current 90 days non-b visa before it will expire?

I also have this stamp in passport. If I will apply for new non-b visa next time and will not show WP from the last company. Will I have any problems with getting new visa for another  company?

Your 90 day entry cannot be canceled. You can stay until it ends without a problem.

All nearby embassies and consulates require a work permit or a WP3 receipt for the application or a work permit application approval letter to apply for a non-b visa.

Do you mean TT3 form? Right?

Thank you for your answer)

What is a TT3 form?

There is a WP3 form that is used when a person is not in the country when the application is done.

Or a WP 1 or WP2 used when the applicant is is in the country. Then after the application is accepted and approved a approval letter is done by the Department of Employment.
