I did 90 day report ..first time for me and no photo copies needed ..just passport ,,and filled form ..this may b old news but a breeze in jomtien pattaya..in out in 5 minutes :)

I agree - 90 day report at Jomtien a breeze. Residence certificate however is a complete pain in the ass. 300 baht and not even a smile. Yes I know it is free' but if you want to wait 2 weeks 'as they are busy' - up to you. It is scam central.

That is true. I also found they gave you the 3rd degree as to why you wanted one. The girl stuck in there has been isolated from the real money and is unhappy about it.
