The twice a month 'lucky numbers' game is popular up here in Isaan. Some folk in the village tried to buy 58  but were told by the 'sellers' that the number was no longer available. Oh dear .... and what was the lucky number ... ?  58 . Well knock me down with a feather ! Anybody else had this happen in their area ?

No, never been told that, they are either on the board to buy or not, no accompanying "stories"

 

The bootleg bookies stopped taking bets on certain popular numbers this week. Too much exposure if everyone’s playing the same number and it came in.
