seancbk Posted August 4, 2019 Share Posted August 4, 2019 I experienced this a few weeks ago after eating a salad at a well known Salad Bar Chain. I had eaten nothing for about 16 hours and was sick within an hour (or less) of eating the salad. A lot of people don't realise that salad is often the cause of food poisoning. Sheryl Posted August 4, 2019 Share Posted August 4, 2019 It obstructs the GI track, anything that does so will produce severe pain and vomiting, but it will not suddenly resolve the way OP describes.
