Clarify Tm30 for non O border run

Featured Replies

I’m currently staying on the country by a non o based on marriage that I did in savannakhet last month and there was no mention about tm30, now every 90 days I get out/in the country through a border in Cambodia, I did it several times before and never been asked for a TM30

Should i get it done before next time I go? I’ve seen many people getting trouble with it, still I’m not very sure on how it works and if I need it I’m my case. Thanks for clarifying, I’m totally lost about it!

Depends on your local immigration office, some want one every time you have stayed somewhere else, some just when you re enter Thailand, just call them and ask.

They will not ask to see TM30 report slip when leaving or entering the country.

You would only be asked for it if you wanted to do something at immigration office.

I too am on a multi entry non-o.

Always do one day border hops so never away from my usual address.

Is there still a requirement for a TM30 everything I make a border run?

Thanks.

Bottom line is ask your local immigration office to clarify.

Or if you don't intend to use immigration in country for those 60 day extensions or anything else. As Joe said border guards don't want tm30 they couldn't give a dam.

No it you don't stay in the Kingdom of Thailand more then 90 days. I've been doing it the past 25years.

You seem to be talking about 90 day reports.

The other person is asking about TM.30 reports. Not the same thing.
