August 6, 20197 yr Hello. My friend has to go from Suvarnabhumi after he gets off plane to Don Mueang for his flight to Osaka, JP. I told him he needs to get a visa because he is leaving the airport but he wants to be sure if there is a way so he won't apply for a visa! although i think my answer is correct but since he's persistent i wanted to ask here so people in the know give the right answer so he'll be convinced! He needs a visa, right?

August 12, 20197 yr Unless he is from a country that can get a visa exempt entry or one that can apply for a visa on arrival he will need at least a transit visa issued by a Thai embassy or consulate.
