Huawei HG8122 Router can't change the channel

We recently switched to True internet and the WiFi cannot be found on a couple of the family's mobile devices.

 

Upon investigation it appears that I need to change the channel within the router as not all mobiles are aligned to the same frequency.

 

I've tried to do this by logging in and googling but I can't see a manual channel change option.

 

Hence I will have to call True tomorrow and get them to come round.....

 

Anyone else experienced this with a new router or internet provider switch?
